Hope for the Rest of Us
“Maybe the God of Love knows how I feel. Maybe Grace Exists. Maybe God is Love.”
I hope you take the time to read about Jesus and find a way to look past all of us who say we’re Christians. We can, at times, be a horrible representation of an incredible God.
I’m so sorry.
My words are those of a weak and broken man who has been changed by a perfect, strong and loving God. I hope you find the Jesus who ate with prostitutes, despised judgmental believers, fished with his friends, cried His eyes out, flipped over tables in anger, worked as a carpenter, hated religion, confronted the system, ripped apart hypocritical religious priests, loved terrorists, stood up for women, and gave his life for guys like me who spit in his face daily.
